Policy:
This workbook is designed to assist you in handling stock and special order
uniforms manufactured by Lang’s Sporting Goods. It will also cover embroidery,
screen printing, vinyl, and tackle twill lettering.
Changes/Cancellations
-Special order merchandise cannot be cancelled after fabric has been cut.
-Embellished items cannot be cancelled or changed after produced or in process
of being produced.
Prices
-Base garment price does not include lettering, numbers, and certain options.
All garments exceeding adult size extra large
are subject to oversize charges.
Repeat Orders
-All customers are asked to provide a sample of the uniform and or lettering.
This is necessary to insure as close a match
as possible. However, due to availability of fabrics, braid, exact artwork, ect..
We cannot always guarantee a perfect match from
year to year.
Legality of Uniforms
-Due to varying rules in different conferences and leagues, Lang’s Sporting
Goods
will not accept responsibility for legality of uniforms for design or lettering.
Fill-in Orders
-(LESS THAN 6) Special order custom made uniforms are subject to
additional
costs depending on quantity ordered. This will be covered in this workbook.
Credit Policy
-Net 30 days to all satisfactory rated credit accounts. For charges to schools,
a school purchase order is required. Any
discrepancy must be reported within 10 days of invoice date. A
deposit is required for all non-charge Customers.
